Abstract (Inhalt)

The development of the Internet can be seen as one of the cornerstones of the academic disciplines computer science and electrical engineering. Build upon networking technology and some basic protocols and standards, a rich set of applications was developed (is grown) and showed to be extremly succesful. The seminar investigates current and upcoming trends which are expected to be of utmost importance for the future evolution of the Internet.

Prerequisites (Voraussetzungen)

  • Prediploma (Vordiplom)
  • Solid knowlegde of basic network technologies
  • Keen interest to explore challenging topics which are cutting edge in Internet technology and research.
