Description
TiMeAcE.KOM is a small Java tool for estimating the accuracy of time measurements on virtual and physical infrastructures. It runs a short series of tests which permit to quantitatively and qualitatively assess the suitability of a certain infrastructure for time measurements in the sub-second range.
A manuscript that describes the scientific background has been published at the 2nd European Conference on Service-Oriented and Cloud Computing (ESOCC 2013). Full bibographical information and a pre-print version of this manuscript are available in the publications section of our lab's Web site [LKM+13-2].
