The lab is primarily designed for students of computer science. However, students of electrical engineering/information technology or other disciplines are invited to join as well if they are equipped with good programming skills.

• Simulating sensors/sensor-networks.
• Retrieval of information in semantic web.
• Parameterization and steering of communications-systems.
• Context-sensing and aggregation of sensorvalues.
