Mobile Learning App for Semantic MediaWiki

The Mobile Learning App for Semantic MediaWiki (MLApp.KOM) allows 

• the learners to collect assets during excursions in a MediaWiki page,
  

  

• to add semantic annotation based on the Semantic MediaWiki extensions in their wiki pages,
• to acces geo-located wiki pages depending from their current position,

  

• to filter the found wiki pages based on the semantic annotations.

You can download the app from http://moodle.docendo.org/mod/mobile/mediawiki-app.apk

You need a installation of MediaWiki to store and access the wiki pages. In the configuration dialog of the app you can specify the Wiki.

To use the location based functions and the search filter of the app the Semantic MediaWiki extension has to be installed in the MediaWiki you use.  In addition the wiki pages must have an entry of a geo location like in the head of  http://mediawiki.docendo.org/index.php?title=Technische_Universität
