To help learners with digital tools, one important challenge is to figure out what learners already know after reading learning material. Automated question generation (AQG) for educational texts is one way to adress this and to gather knowledge about the learners understanding.
A major challenge for AQGs is, that in most cases, only a fraction of the sentences in a text explain crucial concepts.The goal of this thesis is do design a system that identifies such question-worthy sentences. See the tendering for more details.
