Testbed for Time-critical Wireless Sensor Networks

A testbed for a WSN consisting of ESP32 microcontrollers is to be developed. In this testbed, a specially developed protocol for routing in the context of time-critical networks is to be implemented and evaluated. The scientific focus of the work is on the goals of (1.) creating a monitoring pipeline that makes it possible to (2.) evaluate the performance in terms of timely packet delivery and convergence time of the protocol under real-world conditions.
