Multimedia Communications Lab / Communication Networks Lab

The Multimedia Communications / Communication Networks Labs pursue the vision of seamless communication in which humans and machines ("Internet of Things") cooperate effectively and securely everywhere in the world. Specific research topics include enabling stable connections through transition, adaptation and resilience, the new mobile communication standards 5G and 6G, communication in ad-hoc networks, for example of satellites or autonomous vehicles, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in automatic speech processing.
